The application keeps a log of all actions that are performed by the service. This is a good starting point should things not appear to be working properly.

The log files are stored in the application install folder in a sub folder called logs. Open the log files and review to validate that the mailboxes are being processed properly. Look for the word ERROR in the log file for any configuration issues or problems in processing email accounts.
