  • Q Does my Outlook have to be running for Print2Fax to send a fax?

    If you are using a Simple or Extended Mail Transport configuration then your answer is yes. The faxes will sit in your Outbox until you start Outlook and be sent. If you are using a Direct submission Transport to Concord then Outlook is not needed.

  • Q When I try and send a fax I get an error that states: "Error opening Outbox", whats wrong here?

    If you are getting this error, its likely that you are configured for Extended Email Transport and your email address is not configured correctly. Check your email login settings and try again, this should eliminate the error.

  • Q Where can I download an updated version of Print2Fax?
